Another story out of Philadelphia where school staff are getting injured.
PA is one of those states that have gone to an unduly restrictive and inflexible policy and have experienced a vast increase in the use of law enforcement to manage situations that were previoulsy handled by teachers. Groups that have been instrumental in effecting this change, are now regretting the decision and having second thoughts.
