It’s likely the boys will be placed at the (very little known about) County’s Youth Development Center who will resort to their pacifist policies that do nothing but make them laugh and become better criminals, since the youth leader’s hands are tied worse than the Juvenile Correction Officers at Ohio’s DYS.
. . .Quite frankly Im tired of the wimpy juvenile justice system and their wimpy sentences and policies. They dont need a new building, they need a new staff and judges.
