TheTruthAboutProneRestraint.com has heard that NY OCFS Commissioner, Gladys Carrion, may be looking at bailing from her out of control and sinking ship at OCFS and is now headed for a job on that other ship of fools; the U.S.S. Justice Department.
If this is true, Carrion is being given safe refuge in, what amounts to, a Federal Witness Protection Program for Commissioners willing to sellout their agency to the thugs currently running DOJ’s Civil Rights Division.
While exact details of Carrion’s potential new assignment are not yet known, DOJ has a bad habit of hiring as ”Monitors” former executives who were a disaster at their former job to a position telling other CEO’s how to do theirs.
Also, we are getting asked if there is a family relation connection between Gladys Carrion and Adolfo Carrion. Adolfo Carrion was named the Director of the White House Office of Urban Affairs.

OCFS is Office of Child and Family Services. It is a train wreck. Money is wasted on training centers that offer little that can’t be done on a PC…yet they’re ever expanding.
Day Care centers complain they’re continuously being asked for duplication of documents OCFS has on file…thus the 4 year licenses.
You’d be crazy to complain to OCFS without fear of retribution.
It’s a waste of tax $$$$ and aggravation to us trying to do a good job.
It’s a number of centers with the same complaints.
Heavily monitor the offenders…file documentation…and cut staff
OCFS instituted 4 year licenses for some centers. The OCFS has staff who visit sites quarterly, although they have done nothing to suggest this need. What a waste of staff. OCFS should have staff cuts and ways for sites to “blow the whistle” without punitive response from OCFS
there is a negative power element in ocfs that was discovered by an employee in 2007 when goshen was indicating to civil service that goshen is a non-secure facility.they fabricated information to put 19 employees on probation who had all served a minimum of 10 yrs.there are documents that show civil service-cesa-and ocfs working collectively to hide there wicked dealings. Gladys carrion was notifed when contacted she did nothing to those people in ocfs who planned this scheme i have documents that were not shared with employees who were placed on probation.when a facility is reclassified to non-secure family court judges are notified they were not.
